MAC Marilyn Monroe Blush in The Perfect Cheek Review, Swatches

MAC The Perfect Cheek blush is one of two blushes released in the 
MAC Marilyn Monroe Collection.
MAC describes this as a neutral pink beige
in a matte formula.
On my NC30 skin, it is a neutral pink beige
that reminds me a bit of lighter MAC Blushbaby blush from the permanent range
although I do not have Blushbaby to compare it with.
It is quite sheer, 
although a single swipe will yield product,
but I'm afraid that it may look ashy on darker skintones.
It will complement the dark lip products in this collection.
I think this is a perfect shade 
for that understated pink cheek.

Definitely work safe, and wearable for every day.

    Most pink blushes that are as understated as this are shimmery. Glad this one's matte so that those who have acne scars but prefer to wear sheer makeup do not have to worry about emphasizing their cheek imperfections.

    I prefer brighter and pigmented blushes, but this IS a pretty shade of pink for the cheeks! Definitely goes well with the lipsticks in the collection.
