I love MAC lip pencils, and I don't really know why. Let me think... they apply easily and are long lasting, and MAC has an huge array of available shades - compared to most brands! I admit that I own quite a few now, and here are the ones which I have recently acquired: Redd, In Synch and Test Pattern. In this post, I will be comparing them to some of my other ones: Brick, Life's a Breeze and Oak!
I got this nail polish from Ciate called Dangerous Affair as a freebie from this month's Marie Claire magazine, and I just love it. It's a deep dark pinky red, which reminds me a lot of MAC's So Scarlet lipstick. The formula of the nail polish itself is amazing - so easy to apply and dries really quickly. The cute packaging is a bonus too! I'm so happy I picked this up. Keep reading for more photos and nail swatches~ ♥
Ciate paint pot in Dangerous Affair - 2 coats!
If this Marie Claire issue is still available in your area, I recommend you pick this magazine up! The nail varnish is perfect for the fall~ ! ♥
I have finally acquired the coveted Illamasqua blush in Lover. It has long been sold out in the Illamasqua site and their store in Selfridges! It is a gorgeous peach that is not too pale or not too dark. Like most Illamasqua blushes, Lover is well-pigmented. It is a matte blush so it is pretty wearable for all ages and all occasions. In this post, I have compared this blush to Illamasqua Excite and MAC Hipness. Keep reading for more photos, reviews, and comparison swatches! ♥
I've finally gotten hold of some pretty pink NARS blushes in Angelika and Mata Hari. Keep reading for my short review, photos, and swatches!
